Terms and Conditions

If you agree with our preliminary onsite inspection, we propose a binding agreement that will be formed upon the client’s written acceptance. All services will be mentioned and described in the project proposal. Any changes or additions to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. This may affect the project timeline and cost.

We strive to provide accurate costs for every projec, and prices are subject to change for variations requested after the proposal is accepted. Payments are based on the terms in your quotation, and we will talk in detial about the payment face-to-face. At the beginning, a deposit is typically required before we start the project, and the remaining balance is due when the job is done, unless we agree otherwise.

The company provides a warranty of up to 5 years on selected services. These warranties cover our workmanship but does not cover the damage caused by poor maintenance, third-party work, or natural events beyond our control. Full details will be given in your project agreement.
